This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and can balance multiple tasks while supporting both management and staff. Responsibilities Handle day-to-day administrative tasks (filing, documentation, scheduling) Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner Support HR functions (record-keeping, attendance, onboarding coordination) Assist in preparing reports, memos, and presentations Monitor office supplies, purchases, and inventory Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and contractors Maintain company records and ensure proper documentation Support project teams in logistics, permits, and client requirements when needed Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (SHS graduate with experience may apply) Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in administrative or office support roles Strong communication skills in English & Filipino Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Willing to work on-site in El Nido, Palawan Willing to respond to urgent admin matters even beyond shift hours when needed Benefits Be part of a fast-growing renewable energy company Competitive salary + performance incentives Professional growth and career development opportunities Interested applicants must send their resume to **** and indicate the position they are applying for in the subject line.
