Position: Permanent

  • The role will support the Data Science projects by identifying applications and contributing to market research with actionable data insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or related roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and statistical analysis is a plus.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights to support business decisions.

Job Description

Overall responsibility

  • The Product Management Analysts are critical players in the Product Management team. They analyze product performance across products, services, channels, and processes, and stimulate actions to improve performance in operations, sales, marketing, pricing, and other front-line functions.
  • Focus is on driving performance of existing products; there is a separate team for developing new products.
  • They will report to the Head of Product Management and be responsible for gathering and analyzing product performance data and communicating actions to the relevant functions to improve performance.

Key Accountabilities

  • Understand product performance data in detail — sources, meaning, implications
  • Complete analysis of KPIs by product, service, process and channel according to pre-set KPIs
  • Communicate performance analysis to address issues with centers and functions
  • Build and improve algorithms to run data analysis on KPIs using company data sources
  • Suggest new KPIs and new ways to view performance to identify new revenue opportunities
  • Collaborate with departments to improve analysis and presentation of products

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data or related field
  • Minimum 2 years data analytics experience
  • Strong knowledge of Excel is essential
  • Advanced SQL and Python skills are highly valued
  • Excellent writing skills to prepare detailed reports
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
  • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional time-management skills
  • Interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with various stakeholders

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month

Schedule :

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
