We’re excited to welcome a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist to our growing team This role is responsible for managing daily accounting tasks with a focus on accounts payable. You’ll also support the preparation of financial statements and assist with documentation for tax reporting. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities Handle Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing, manual check applications, aging reports, and account reconciliations. Record routine journal entries and bank transactions. Enter AP bills and credit card transactions as needed. Assist with month-end closing and account reconciliations. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data. Perform bank reconciliations. Provide support to accounting team members as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 1-2 years of experience in accrual-based accounting, including AR, journal entries, month-end close, and bank reconciliations. Dependable with a track record of regular and reliable attendance. Strong oral and written communication skills; able to interact across all levels of the organization. Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks and projects. High attention to detail with excellent proofreading and editing skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; organized and able to prioritize independently. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. All MCI Locations Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based. Background & Screening Subject to the program and location of the position. Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.
