We\'re Hiring: Accounts Payable We are currently on the lookout for an Accounts Payable to join our team at Cloudstaff, the #1 workplace everywhere Role : Accounts Payable Work Arrangement : Work from Office Schedule : Night Shift The Accounts Payable role is responsible for accurately processing and recording all vendor invoices and payments. This includes ensuring that invoices are properly authorized, coded, and processed in accordance with company policies and procedures. The role also involves reconciling vendor statements, resolving any payment discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records of all accounts payable transactions. Responsibilities Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate and timely payment processing Verify the accuracy of invoices, purchase orders, and other supporting documentation Ensure proper authorization and coding of invoices Prepare and process weekly payment runs Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any payment discrepancies Maintain accurate and complete records of all accounts payable transactions Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any payment issues Assist with month-end closing activities and provide support for financial audits Assist with other ad-hoc finance tasks as required Key Performance Indicators Accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments Minimal errors or discrepancies in accounts payable records Effective resolution of vendor inquiries and payment issues Timely completion of assigned tasks and meeting deadlines Collaboration and communication with other members of the finance team Qualifications Previous experience in accounts payable or similar role Knowledge of basic accounting principles Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is advantageous Graduate of Accounting or other related courses #J-18808-Ljbffr
