Share Job Description Government Mandated Benefits Insurance Health & Wellness HMO We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Data Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data systems that support efficient data collection, storage, processing, and analysis. Your work will directly contribute to turning raw data into actionable insights, supporting business decisions across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Optimizing Data Solutions Enhance performance of existing data solutions and pipelines. Test and configure data systems to improve efficiency and reliability. Automate data collection, analysis, and reporting processes. System Integration & Tool Development Develop tools to streamline data flows between internal/external systems and the data warehouse. Assist in integrating data systems with existing infrastructure. Business Needs & Technical Requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Design suitable data structures to ensure data availability and accessibility. Stay updated on emerging technologies in data engineering and database management. Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for batch and real-time processing. Develop scripts to process structured and unstructured data from diverse sources. Implement data archiving and backup systems to ensure continuity. Monitor system performance and handle error logging. Ensure data security and privacy compliance across solutions. Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts for new data solutions. Technical Skills (Intermediate Level) Agile Software Development Applications Development & Integration Cloud Computing & Data Migration Data Engineering, Design & Visualization Database Administration Software Design, Testing & Configuration System Integration & Test Planning Security Architecture & Data Ethics Enabling Skills (Basic Level) Creative Thinking & Decision Making Transdisciplinary Thinking Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role. Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL). Experience with cloud platforms and data pipeline tools.
