Role About the Role We are looking for a Data Engineer with hands-on experience in building and maintaining data pipelines, integrating data from various sources, and ensuring data quality and reliability. The role will support our analytics, reporting, and data-driven initiatives. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines Integrate data from multiple structured and unstructured sources Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems Collaborate with members of the data science team to support reporting and analytics needs Monitor and optimize performance of data workflows Document processes, data models, and workflows What You Bring (Qualifications) 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role Strong SQL skills and experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) Experience with ETL tools or frameworks (Apache Airflow, Talend) Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their data services Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake) is a plus Problem solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams Ability to deliver high quality updates to the business by helping them understand the WHY Nice to Have AWS Certified Data Analytics / Azure Data Engineer Associate / Google Data Engineer or any equivalent certifications Hiring Process We utilize AI tools to enhance our hiring efficiency and ensure a fair evaluation of all candidates.
