QualificationsBachelor\'s degree in Business or a related field.
One to two years of experience in handling store operations.
In-depth knowledge of customer service and leadership skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience in the activewear or sports apparel retail industry.
1. Customer Service
Ensure an excellent customer experience across all stores in the region, covering all areas of the business (sales floor, tills, stockrooms, etc.).
Ensure customer service deployment in the stores and guarantee that all teams follow company standards, leading by example.
2. Store Processes
Supervise various store processes to optimize operational performance for the brand.
3. Product
Ensure the correct presentation of products in the store, including window displays, stockroom management, and replenishment.
4. People Management
Evaluate the management team within the stores, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that the right candidates are placed in the right positions within the department.
