Job Description

Project Coordinator to oversee the deployment of a new system in San Mateo, Rizal. This role involves coordinating various aspects of the project to ensure timely and successful implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in the development of project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Ensure clear communication and collaboration among team members, including technical staff, vendors, stakeholders and to his/her Superior.
  • Identify potential project risks and issues and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Track and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all project records are up-to date and accessible.
  • Serve as a liaison between the project team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure the project stays within budget.
  • Provide first-line support for software-related inquiries and issues, resolving basic technical problems and escalating complex issues to higher-level support as needed.
  • Log and track support tickets using the designated ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
  • Assist clients with software installation, configuration, and basic usage.
  • Troubleshoot common software problems and provide solutions or workarounds.
  • User Training: Participate, Assist, & Conduct training sessions for clients on the use of software features and functionalities.
  • Assist in Developing and maintaining user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation to assist clients in using the software effectively.
  • Knowledge of system deployment processes and best practices.
Qualifications
  • BS in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably in IT or system deployment projects.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Conditions
  • Primarily based in San Mateo, Rizal with possible travel to project sites.
  • Full-time, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend work as required by project timelines.
