• Responsibilities: Assists in the design and implementation of marketing programs for the assigned project area; sources and recruits sellers to broaden networks in the area; conducts training to sales teams for proper product knowledge and effective sales; manages marketing operations from pre-closing to closing of sales and after-sales services; promotes harmonious relationship with the sales groups and provides excellent customer service; monitors and oversees lot inventories; supervises the daily activities of the marketing assistants; manages proper administration and processes of marketing operations; reports and other related tasks as determined by the direct superior.

• Requirements: Must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any business course; those with at least 2 years of experience in a team leader capacity in a marketing set-up will have an advantage; strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and networking skills; creative, flexible, hardworking, aggressive, and a team player.
