Digital Marketing Lead role at GoTeam . Remote | Day Shift (6:00 AM–3:00 PM PH Time).

Responsibilities

• Lead digital marketing initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and drive campaign success.
• Strategically execute campaigns and use a wide range of marketing technologies to deliver precise insights and results.
• Respond to client queries, deliver comprehensive reports, and organize proactive client meetings.
• Attend and run client meetings to discuss campaign results, new project setups, and more.
• Conduct competitor analyses, report findings, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Configure, structure, and build Facebook AIA and Google Ads/VLA campaigns, adjusting budgets and targeting.
• Implement and manage Google Tag Manager for accurate conversion and event tracking.
• Troubleshoot and test pixel tracking, custom events, and Google Analytics integration.
• Configure and set up Facebook pages and Instagram accounts, including updating profiles and scheduling content.
• Design and schedule engaging EDMs aligned with client requests and high engagement goals.
• Plan, create, and schedule organic social media posts across various platforms.
• Edit, update, resize images for websites and social media, and publish articles and content on client sites.
• Configure and generate meaningful reports for clients, discuss campaign outcomes, and ensure data accuracy.
• Work with diverse brand guidelines to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience: You have team lead or manager experience and client-facing communications experience (meetings, phone calls, email). You have work experience in digital and social media marketing.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook Ads; strong knowledge of digital marketing; familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn; ability to create and maintain social media pages; ability to curate content per brand guidelines.
• Non-Negotiables: Excellent written and spoken English; collaborative, process-driven mindset; university degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
