Interim Outbound Specialist

Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Interim Outbound Specialist to support our outreach efforts during a critical seasonal period. This role will focus on engaging with patients through outbound calls, messages, and follow-ups to ensure they have completed essential steps such as insurance updates, prescription refills, and coupon opt‑ins for the new year. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound outreach (calls, SMS, emails) to patients to: Confirm and update insurance information Encourage prescription refills Promote and assist with New Year coupon opt‑ins Accurately document all interactions and outcomes in the CRM or internal systems Identify and elevate insurance‑related or refill barriers to the appropriate teams Maintain daily outreach goals and support broader team performance metrics Collaborate cross‑functionally with support, pharmacy, and operations teams as needed Provide a positive and empathetic patient experience throughout every interaction Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in a customer service, outreach, or healthcare support role (pharmacy or insurance experience a plus) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using CRM tools, phone systems, and digital communication platforms Ability to handle confidential patient information in compliance with HIPAA and company policies Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
