Sr. Full Stack Engineer (React Native, C# .NET) We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who thrives on building, experimenting, and iterating quickly. Someone fluent in the required tech stack who can ship high quality code in fast‑paced environments, and who’s hungry to solve real‑world problems with creativity and autonomy. You’ll be part of our mobile development efforts for a world‑first AI‑powered finance management platform that helps Australians maximize their savings. Working closely with our product, design, and backend teams, you’ll deliver sleek, scalable apps that people love to use. Responsibilities Write, test, and maintain production code in React Native and C# .NET Prototype features fast and roll them out across the full stack Help plan sprints and size work items. Keep apps fast, secure, and ready to scale. Test your own work and squash bugs early across front‑end and backend. Turn product ideas and Figma designs into solid mobile experiences and technical plans. Lead code reviews and model best practices for React Native. Join architecture talks and improve tooling, performance, and DX. Keep learning and bring fresh mobile tech ideas to the stack. Within 4-8 months, dive deep into our C# .NET backend services to design any new APIs needed for mobile. Work daily with engineers, designers, and product manager. Promote a culture of ownership, trust, and innovation. Help write user stories and follow agile processes. Communicate clearly and support less‑experienced teammates.
