We are hiring a full-time Software Engineer to join our growing team. This role supports our Payroll product, assists US customers, troubleshoots and fixes bugs, and contributes to developing new software features. A strong background in application development is essential for success in this position.

Base pay range

$360,000.00/yr - $370,000.00/yr

What you will do
  • Investigate, identify, and fix software bugs reported by clients
  • Provide timely L3 technical support to clients within the US time zone
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client issues and improve software performance
  • Document bug fixes and troubleshooting methods for future reference
  • Help in developing new software features
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related major
  • 5+ years of working experience in application development
  • Proficiency in one of the following NodeJS frameworks: ExpressJS or NestJS
  • Proficiency in ReactJS
  • Experience building scalable systems and test-driven CI/CD; commitment to quality software development
  • Experience with SQL databases
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS
  • Strong programming principles and design patterns
  • Keeps up with latest technological trends and continuously improves productivity
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work following the US time zone
  • High-speed and stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps); document speed test results and computer specs
  • Willing to attend occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila
