Responsibilities Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly net asset value (NAV) calculations for a variety of investment funds Ensure accurate and timely processing of P&L, financial transactions, including cash, securities, and derivatives Reconcile fund positions and manage discrepancies between the fund’s records and custodians Assist in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements Monitor corporate actions and ensure accurate reflection in fund records Support the preparation of tax filings and other regulatory reports as required Liaise with auditors, custodians, and fund administrators to resolve any accounting-related issues Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in the implementation of best practices Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to internal stakeholders and clients Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and more than five years of experience in fund accounting, financial services, or any related field Big 4 experience and/or CPA preferred Experience developing financial reports and metrics Solid understanding of US GAAP, financial instruments, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and alternative investments Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization System requirements Computer Processor: At least i5, 8th generation for both primary and back up computers Computer Memory/RAM: At least 16 GB for both primary and back up computers Computer OS: Windows 11 Internet speed must be running on a 20+ Mbps wired plan (at least 5 Mbps for back up connection) #J-18808-Ljbffr
