Prepare NAV packages, manage data, and collaborate with global teams in a dynamic, inclusive environment. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Preparing low to medium complexity NAV packages by MaplesFS policies and procedures. Ensuring the proprietary database is completed with accurate data by the take-on point of the client. Liaising with internal and external parties, such as investment managers, prime brokers, and custodians, concerning trading activities as required for transaction processing and NAV preparation. Liaising with auditors to provide requested information and respond to queries Data entry for new clients and fund setups. Data management for fund closures and client terminations. Liaising with other functions of the company across the globe, ensuring the company’s services are delivered timely and accurate. Fee processing management, including booking of fees in the billing system and preparation of invoices. Completion of monthly revenue accrual reports. Retrieving data and performing data analysis for management/client reporting. Preparation of Management Reporting, including but not limited to KPIs, Accounts Receivable, Profitability, and other client management reporting as required. About You The ideal candidate will have: Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably in Accountancy or Finance. Open to fresh graduates. Strong communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
