Operations Manager We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage our operations team. About the Role The role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring timely and effective recovery of outstanding receivables, minimizing bad debt exposure, and maintaining excellent client and customer relationships. The Ops Manager will also be expected to implement strategies, processes, and performance standards that align with company objectives and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and mentor a team. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce delinquency rates. Set team performance targets and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded. Monitor daily activities, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and legal/regulatory standards. Conduct regular reporting and analysis on collection performance, aging reports, and risk exposure. Partner with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to resolve escalations or disputes. Drive initiatives for training, quality improvement, and process optimization. Prepare management updates on effectiveness, staffing needs, and risk areas. Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of team members. Qualifications Graduate of any 4-year business, finance, or related course. Minimum of 3 years in a leadership/managerial role. Strong understanding of strategies, accounts receivable management, and regulatory requirements. Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with experience in reporting and metrics analysis. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of collections software or CRM systems is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Willingness to work on a hybrid setup at our Parañaque site (PQE). High level of integrity, resilience, and ability to handle escalations with professionalism.
