Backed by seasoned CPG operators, the company is scaling rapidly with national retail distribution and bold innovation. Sales Planner / Forecaster will be the backbone of the demand planning process. Reporting to the SVP of Sales, you will develop accurate forecasts that align Sales, Finance, and Operations while enabling growth and operational excellence. Your insights will ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time, fueling revenue and supply chain efficiency. Estimated Salary: The salary for this position has not been finalized yet. Key Responsibilities Develop SKU-level forecasts at both customer and channel levels Support the S&OP process by delivering accurate demand plans and scenario analyses Collaborate with Sales on promotional planning, lifts, and new product launches Conduct variance analysis versus budget and prior year, recommending corrective actions Track and maintain forecast accuracy metrics; continuously refine forecasting methodologies Provide leadership with forward-looking insights on risks, opportunities, and category trends Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field 3–5 years of experience in forecasting, sales planning, or demand planning within CPG Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with ERP or demand planning systems preferred Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment Must be willing to work night shift Philippine time (details will be provided and schedule may still change, so we need someone who can adjust as needed) Must be able to commit exclusively to this full-time role with no outside part-time or full-time employment, as this position supports a high-value client Benefits Food Allowance Government Benefits 13th Month pay Work Equipment Night Differential if applicable (10% of hourly rate) 20 Leaves (after 6 months) Holiday pay (200% on Regular holidays; 130% on Special holidays) Overtime pay (max of 10.25 hrs/day) Referral bonus (P10,000 if referral passed and stayed with the company for 3 months) HMO (after 6 months) #J-18808-Ljbffr
