Job Description Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with company objectives, market dynamics, and revenue targets. Lead and grow the sales team , providing coaching, performance management, and motivation to exceed individual and team goals. Own the full sales cycle , from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure. Identify and pursue new business opportunities , with a strong focus on hunting new logos and expanding the customer base. Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers across financial institutions, fintechs, and other B2B clients. Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market efforts and customer satisfaction. Develop accurate sales forecasting and reporting to track pipeline performance and ensure revenue goals are met. Represent the company at industry events and conferences , positioning the brand as a leader in data-driven financial solutions. Monitor market trends and competitor activity , providing feedback and insights to inform strategic planning and product development. Establish scalable sales processes and tools , enabling efficient growth and repeatable success. The Successful Applicant Proven track record in B2B sales , ideally within financial services, fintech, or SaaS targeting banks and financial institutions. Existing network and strong relationships within the banking sector in the Philippines - a must-have for quickly building pipeline and closing strategic deals. Minimum of 5-7 years in sales leadership roles , with experience managing, mentoring, and scaling high-performing sales teams. Demonstrated success in hunting new business , including winning new logos and creating enterprise-level opportunities. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills , with a strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills , capable of building and optimizing sales processes in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. Data-driven decision-maker , comfortable with sales metrics, forecasting, CRM tools, and pipeline reporting. Knowledge of credit bureau services, alternative credit scoring, or data-driven financial products is a strong advantage. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field ; MBA is a plus but not required.
