About FWD Life Philippines FWD Life Insurance Corporation launched commercial operations in September 2014 and ranks among the top insurers in the Philippines. Responsibilities Manage agency KPIs and drive growth in Luzon and the Company as a whole. Lead the Agency Transformation Project, focusing on recruitment, activation, productivity and leader development. Monitor and report performance against sales targets at all levels. Maintain knowledge of local and national market conditions. Communicate developments and issues to National Sales Head, Chief Agency Officer and Head Office teams. Collaborate with Head‑Office Champions to align initiatives and execution. Partner with Agency Business Development to attract and recruit new productive teams. Develop strong relationships with Luzon leaders and planners, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Coordinate with Head‑Office support teams to ensure clear communication with the salesforce. Qualifications College graduate with a minimum of 5 years experience in sales and management in the life insurance and/or financial services industry. In‑depth knowledge of sales practices, regulations, and codes related to the life insurance industry in the Philippines. Strong understanding of agency field‑force management and organizational responsibilities. Proficiency in sales forecasting and market analysis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
