Overview

The Quality Assurance Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of QAs to ensure consistently high performance and quality of work. QA TLs are accountable for ensuring that QAs meet the target deliverables set by Operations and/or clients. They also lead key initiatives such as designing and revising the QA monitoring form, QA Calibrations, QA Talks, and other engagement activities. Additionally, the QA Team Leader addresses work-related concerns raised by QAs and contributes to process improvement recommendations, which may be incorporated into training materials to help maintain and enhance the overall Flatworld customer experience.

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel)

  • Performance Management: Monitor, evaluate, and ensure that QAs meet targets and deliverables
  • Decision-Making & Initiative: Demonstrates ownership and makes informed decisions; a self-starter.
  • Change Management: Effectively leads the team through organizational and process changes
