Job Role: Digital Marketing & Brand Design Specialist
Compensation range: $1800 - $2000 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.
Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Role Overview: Marketing is at the center of the company’s growth. We need to show up in the market with clarity, consistency, and impact not just in what we say, but in how we look and how we engage.
This role blends digital marketing execution with brand design ownership. It ensures every newsletter, campaign, ad, and creative asset is delivered on time, on brand, and driving results
Key Responsibilities Newsletters & Campaigns- Deliver 2 high-quality newsletters per month (the company for clients, PI Digest for leads).
- Build and optimize HubSpot campaigns, workflows, forms, and landing pages.
- Report on performance (open rate, CTR, subscriber growth).
- Create and publish a minimum of 8 social posts per month (mix of Alicia thought leadership + (the company for client’s brand content).
- Collaborate with the video editor on video posts.
- Write, format, and publish 1 blog each month to the website.
- Produce 1 case study each month with the input of the delivery team.
- Import leads from Predictive Index (Salesforce) three times per week.
- Research ICP fit of all leads and provide lead scoring & notes for the BDM.
- Deliver 6–12 creative assets per month (ads, carousels, slide decks, workbooks, PDFs, merchandise, etc.).
- Maintain Red Wolf’s brand asset library and ensure all visuals are high-quality and aligned.
- Create sales enablement collateral (pitch decks, proposals, one-pagers).
- Submit a monthly marketing performance report covering campaigns, newsletters, leads, social, and YouTube.
- Recommend 1 idea each month for optimization or creative experimentation.
- Digital Marketing Skills: Proven experience in HubSpot, campaign setup, workflows, and analytics.
- Design Expertise: Strong skills in Canva and Adobe/InDesign tools for both digital and print design.
- Content Creation: Confident creating and formatting blogs, case studies, and social posts.
- Lead Ops Knowledge: Comfortable researching leads via LinkedIn, scoring, and preparing for sales.
- Reporting Mindset: Strong with numbers, able to interpret campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Personality Fit:
- Organized, proactive, and outcome-focused.
- Enjoys creative ownership but works collaboratively with a small team.
- Confident communicator — written and visual.
- High standards for quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
