We’re Hiring: BPO Collection Agents – Travel Collections

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound collections for travel-related accounts
  • Contact customers regarding overdue payments and provide solutions for resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and payment arrangements
  • Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Achieve daily and monthly collection targets
  • Provide excellent customer service while managing challenging calls professionally

  • At least 2 years of total BPO/contact center experience
  • With at least 1 year of collections experience (from financial, banking, telco, healthcare, retail , or similar industries)
  • High school graduate (minimum educational requirement)
  • Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Willing to work onsite at SM North EDSA, Quezon City
  • Amenable to shifting schedules/night shift
