Prepare and process lease agreements, contracts, and related documentation. Coordinate with property management for unit availability, turnovers, and maintenance schedules. Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, viewings, and closed leases. Provide regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy status, and market trends. Assist in implementing marketing strategies to attract qualified tenants. Qualifications TRUSTWORTHY, PROACTIVE, AND CUSTOMER-SERVICE ORIENTED Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field. At least 1–2 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or property management. Knowledge of condominium property leasing processes and compliance requirements. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. With a pleasing personality and excellent interpersonal skills. Strong sales, sourcing, and negotiation abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with online listing platforms. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple leads at once. #J-18808-Ljbffr
