The Organisational Effectiveness (OE) department will contribute to the maturation of our OE practices, including, but not limited to, workforce planning. The OE department sits within the People & Culture (P&C/HR) Analytics and Insights department. This role would be split between OE and Analytics. Responsibilities Developing, maintaining, and maturing dashboards in Power BI and SAC Addressing complex and far-reaching underlying data challenges and developing solutions to mitigate these Operational reporting activity in a variety of platforms, including SAC, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Collaborating cross-functionally to: Create alignment between cross-functional projects and processes Ensure delivery of data and system improvements and implementations (IT) Support behaviour change within the P&C business partners and the leaders they support (P&C / broader organisation) Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline, Finance / Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Project Management certification or consulting experience is beneficial Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in analytics, data sciences, project management, or a related field Language: Candidate is fluent in English, both verbal and written Competencies The chosen candidate can manage their responsibilities and work in a team, should be self-starting and motivated, and proficient in dashboarding and data manipulation, and engineering techniques (language such as Python is beneficial).
