Senior Data Analyst Mission & Outcomes Turn data from Revenue, Finance and Compliance into actionable insights for CEO, CRO, CFO and Head of Compliance, playing a pivotal role in scaling profitably. Outcomes: Data reliability: Ensure analysis is at least 90% accurate, explaining the 10% gap. Dashboard creation and management: Visualise data in Looker Studio or Tableau clearly and concisely; calculate metrics consistently; prototype dashboards with end users in Google Sheets before creation; propose efficient, scalable solutions for long-term sustainability; review dashboard usage quarterly, archiving low‑utilised dashboards. Documentation: Document key metrics and calculations clearly in Confluence or Google Docs, linked in internal Wiki or Slack. Accessible to analysts and non‑technical stakeholders. Data quality recommendations: Work with Tech, Product and Data Engineers to keep BigQuery robust and efficient. Collaboration: Contribute to knowledge sharing culture with other Data Analysts. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years experience as a Data Analyst, located in the Philippines or Malaysia. Behavioral Fit Ownership: Reliability, trust, accountability, proactive problem solving. Humility: Open‑mindness, learning from others, collaboration. Structured Thinking: Pragmatic solutions balancing organisation, team and customers. Excellent listener and clear communicator: Present in calls, receive and respond thoughtfully, especially for non‑native English. Interview Process Introductory call: 30 min chat with HR. Technical assessment: 60 min chat, real‑life challenges. Case study: 60‑90 min chat with Hiring Manager, assessing commercial experience and soft skills.
