Overview We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining scalable and efficient applications using Python. You will work closely with other developers, data scientists, and project managers to design and implement software solutions that meet business needs. Position details Position : Python Developer Location : One Ayala Makati, Philippines Working Hours : 8:00 pm to 5:00 am (Night Shift) Working Days : Monday to Friday Work Set-up : On-site working environment Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and APIs. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices. Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Maintain and improve existing codebases and review code changes. Work with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and manage data integration between systems. Implement security and data protection measures. Create and maintain documentation for software solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Python Developer or similar role. Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage. Understanding of version control tools (e.g., Git). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills (Optional) Experience with data science libraries (NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, etc.). Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
