ERP - Odoo Software Developer

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Software Developer
to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP modules to support our business operations. The role requires strong technical expertise in Odoo's framework and a good understanding of business workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python, XML, and QWeb.
  • Work with PostgreSQL and Odoo ORM for data management.
  • Customize UI with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (OWL Framework).
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party systems through APIs.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and optimize Odoo applications.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to deliver business-driven solutions.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience with
    Python, Odoo ORM, PostgreSQL, XML, QWeb, HTML/CSS, JavaScript (OWL)
  • Knowledge of Odoo's structure and database design

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Odoo Studio, , Git
  • API integration knowledge (REST, XML-RPC, JSON-RPC)
  • Familiarity with Docker/DevOps and Linux server administration

Functional Knowledge

  • Experience with Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.)
  • Understanding of business workflows and customization best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven Odoo development experience
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
