Join a dynamic team helping deliver critical infrastructure with real impact. The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Data Administrator to manage, optimise and evolve our enterprise systems. This is a high-visibility role working closely with the CIO, Driving critical IT initiatives across our ERP and database landscape. Key Responsibilities Maintain and optimise Oracle database systems to ensure peak performance and availability. Manage our ERP system (IFS Cloud preferred): troubleshooting, updates, modifications and integrations. Monitor and tune database performance to deliver improved operational efficiency. Execute system changes and updates following ITIL best-practice change management. Perform regular database backups, recovery testing and system audits to ensure integrity and continuity. Collaborate across business functions to refine ERP workflows aligned with operational needs. Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports and system updates to the CIO and senior leadership. Requirements Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in Oracle database administration and maintenance. Demonstrated in-depth experience working with ERP systems—ideally IFS Cloud or similar enterprise ERP platforms. Strong familiarity with ITIL principles and change-management frameworks. Advanced analytical skills for database/system performance optimisation. Excellent communication and reporting capabilities, with experience presenting to senior-leadership. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent; Oracle DBA certification is highly desirable. Why Join PSD Energy?
