The Role: Talent Acquisition Business Partner
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner owns and manages the entire recruiting cycle from the time requisition is received up to the time the candidate is on-boarded. Responsible for ensuring hiring meets forecast and service level expectations. Owns and manages the entire sourcing cycle from pooling to the time the requisition is received up to the time the candidate is on-boarded. Develops and administers sourcing, branding, recruiting programs. Develops recruitment marketing strategies using various sourcing techniques/channels in supporting different candidate profile requirements. Ensures adherence to applicable governmental regulations. Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers.
What will you do?
- Interact with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and see the closure of requisitions assigned. Work with the hiring managers to develop a strong selection process using creative and innovative sourcing strategies and by doing market intelligence. Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Offer market insights into sourcing and talent trends.
- Lead the creation of a sourcing marketing plan and strategy to source candidates to meet staffing needs according to SLA.
- Conduct research and analyze data on assigned projects including sourcing tool effectiveness and agency performance. Exercise judgment on the right sourcing channels to be used.
- Develop networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- May develop, support, and maintain employment advertising campaigns, college recruiting, affirmative action, and career development programs.
- Source for candidates, complete screening interviews, and make recommendations of candidates to field Recruiters or persons in charge of recruiting.
- Candidate must be interested in leveraging local networks, always on the lookout to build relationships with key talent and be an ambassador of the company's value proposition.
- Responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and managing recruitment strategies such as employee referral promotions, recruitment marketing activities, non-traditional advertising, and other marketing-related projects to support sourcing of applicants and increase applicant pool and database.
- Develop offers in line with approved guidelines, negotiate offers, and finalize start dates with candidates.
- Continue interaction with candidates until the time they join the organization. Lead and close all formalities related to the on-boarding of candidates.
- Accountable for compliance and document tracking requirements as per defined process guidelines and audit requirements that conform to the local labor code.
- Utilize ATS and other sourcing channels throughout the talent acquisition process.
Who would be successful?
- 5+ years of total work experience, preferably with strong experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Experienced in hiring for the Manufacturing industry.
- Experienced in hiring and building a strong pipeline of various roles and talents, preferably in a shared services, call center, or global supply chain industry.
- Strong and effective stakeholder engagement/account management with influencing skills.
- Proven planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage well in an environment with competing demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven capability and the ability to deliver results in collaboration with a highly engaged team in a fast-changing and fast-paced environment.
- Creative, innovative, and excellent communication skills. Social media savvy.
- Willing to work in Cavite.
