Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and effective solutions. Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a smooth and positive user experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, promotions, and company policies. Collaborate with internal teams to elevate and resolve complex cases efficiently. Monitor and document customer interactions to ensure consistent service quality. Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the overall customer support process. Uphold service level standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Position Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer care.
