Principal Analyst, Global Sales Analytics

Job Title Principal Analyst, Global Sales Analytics Key Responsibilities Act as the single point of escalation for the partner organization to prioritize, manage, and process issues, reporting queries, data element requests, and sales process items. Analyze data outputs and leverage dashboarding, modeling, and visualization techniques. Develop data products and strategies for the Partner Organization, Revenue Intelligence, Growth Finance, and other business units across Genesys. Manage regional reporting requirements and ensure efficient use of centrally produced dashboards and reports. Curate data‑driven insights through the development of views with respective stakeholders. Work with the Sr. Manager to capture and include business reporting requirements in global reporting initiatives. Support Revenue Operations leadership and the Sr. Manager in collating reports, data, and other materials for quarterly business reviews (QBRs). Provide insights into the effectiveness of key programs and opportunities while reporting progress against targets, budgets, and forecasts. Sales Operations Excellence Drive global consistency with cadence schedules and Salesforce hygiene practices. Ensure dashboards and insights align with corporate strategic pillars. Enable stakeholders and business partners to understand and navigate curated analytics. Measures for Success Curation and development of data sources, reporting templates, and dashboards for management. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in complex data sets. Coach and enable stakeholders to derive actionable insights from produced analytics. Operate successfully in a lean, fast‑paced organization and create a scalable vision and organization. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or 8+ years of relevant quantitative experience. Proven experience developing and implementing systems and tools for Salesforce, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, workflows, and validation rules. Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management. Proficiency in SQL and SOQL, with experience maintaining views and stored procedures (Snowflake experience is a plus). Experience with Salesforce admin, workflows, and Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein). Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar visualization tools is a plus. Advanced Excel skills and experience developing PowerPoint presentations. Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in business analytics or operations. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a track record of presenting to senior management. Detail‑oriented analytical skills and the ability to capture stakeholder needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
