CTC BPO Inc. is a tailor-made business processing and technical support provider for the broadband and video/TV industry, specializing in hospitality/MDU markets.

We are looking for a Technical Trainer Requirements
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree preferably in computer technology, information systems, engineering, or any related field.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in a technical training role.
  • Experience in designing and developing training material is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient knowledge of VLAN, routing, OSI, VPN, IP subnetting, and different networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
  • Technical Certifications such as CCNA, Ruckus Certification, and others are preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and listening skills.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Good interpersonal and professional skills.
  • The ability to creatively use resources and adjust to changes quickly and professionally.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but also in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritize assignments and projects based on importance and customer expectations.
  • Analytical, dynamic, and creative personal qualities.
  • Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
