DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage and optimize service requests and staff schedules to increase revenue.
- Ensure achievement of topline revenue targets for SMDC Leasing & Tenancy Management (Prime Key).
- Handle client relations with unit owners, guests, and other internal clients.
- Make timely, fair, and informed decisions on concerns and complaints raised by clients.
- Manage supplies and tools inventory to ensure completeness and readiness.
- Ensure efficient operations and compliance with the budget.
- Maintain cleaning and maintenance standards in accordance with the building’s house rules.
- Conduct inspections of property assignments periodically.
- Innovate ways and services to increase revenue.
- Train new hires effectively and ensure their readiness to handle job demands.
- Foster strong relationships and teamwork within the team by promoting inclusivity and camaraderie.
- Perform other tasks as assigned or required.
