Responsibilities

Your duties include overseeing the project from start to finish, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of a project, including planning, implementation, monitoring progress, and ensuring the timely completion of all project deliverables.
  • Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders involved in the project to ensure everyone is on the same page and understands their roles and responsibilities.
  • Identify potential risks or issues that could arise during the course of the project and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  • Evaluate the performance of team members throughout the project's life cycle and provide constructive feedback if necessary.
Requirements

A social worker license is a plus.

Skills
  • Strong communication skills, the ability to motivate team members, and the ability to make difficult decisions.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring that deadlines are met.
  • The ability to think critically, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
  • Must be able to manage time effectively, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule, including prioritizing tasks, delegating responsibilities, and managing resources efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of the technical aspects of the project, including knowledge of the tools and technologies being used, as well as an understanding of the project's goals and objectives.
Education and Experience

Completed a degree in social work, community development, or any relevant field. Experience is not necessary.
