Join to apply for the Sales & Administrative Support Specialist role at York Hamilton Corporate Partners Job Details Location: Remote Start Date: Immediate Job Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week) Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. You will support sales operations by preparing proposals, quotes, and service agreements, conducting research, and maintaining accurate CRM data. You will also provide direct administrative support to our Admin Manager as they transition into a more strategic role, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the business. Key Responsibilities Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and related documentation Conduct research to support sales efforts and ensure accurate, up-to-date information is entered into the CRM system Prepare, review, and update service agreements for new and existing clients Support the Admin Manager in various administrative and operational tasks during their transition to a strategic role Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth communication and workflow between departments Perform other administrative duties as needed to support overall team efficiency Qualifications Prior experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or a related role preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office or Google Workspace Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment Self-starter with a proactive and collaborative approach Familiarity with service agreement preparation Experience supporting leadership or operational managers Comfortable working in a remote, distributed team Application Process To apply, please submit the following to with the email subject “Applicant: Sales & Administrative Support Specialist”: Updated resume Cover letter 1-2 minute Introduction Video Photo of work set up at home Screenshot of laptop specs and speedtest *Note: incomplete applications will not be considered Pre-hiring Requirements (Optional) 3 Character references (current / previous lead or manager) Valid copy of NBI Clearance (for Filipino candidates) Valid copy of Police Clearance Certificate (for non-Filipino candidates) #J-18808-Ljbffr
