Your Role, Your Impact

The SEO Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our SEO strategy to increase our online visibility and drive organic traffic to our website. This role requires a blend of technical SEO expertise, content optimization skills, and a solid understanding of website development principles to ensure our site architecture and content are optimized for search engines.

  • SEO Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals and drive organic growth.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-traffic, relevant keywords and phrases that will drive organic traffic and conversions.
  • On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, images, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
  • Technical SEO: Implement and oversee technical SEO practices, including site architecture, URL structure, schema markup, and page speed optimization.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize high-quality, engaging content that is aligned with SEO best practices.
  • Link Building: Develop and manage link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve search engine rankings.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Website Development Support: Work with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website development and maintenance processes.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO to ensure ongoing optimization and competitiveness.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement in our SEO strategy.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a managerial or strategic role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
