The Role.

Thakral One is ensuring world-class quality assurance for Salesforce delivery with a leading telecom client. As a Salesforce Tester, you will validate functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom components, ensuring solutions meet acceptance criteria and user expectations.

  • Create, maintain, and execute functional and integration test cases.
  • Validate acceptance criteria against delivered Salesforce components.
  • Log, manage, and retest defects by severity level.
  • Support sprint reviews, UAT readiness, and hypercare defect resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers, BAs, and Scrum Masters for complete test coverage.
The Expertise.

Required Skills:

  • 3–5+ years in software testing with Salesforce applications.
  • Experience testing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and LWC components.
  • Strong understanding of acceptance criteria validation.
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps test management.

Desired Skills:

  • Telecom domain testing experience.
  • Exposure to OmniStudio/Vlocity testing.

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, QA, or related discipline.
