Overview Thakral One is ensuring world-class quality assurance for Salesforce delivery with a leading telecom client. As Salesforce Tester, you will validate functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom components, ensuring solutions meet acceptance criteria and user expectations. Responsibilities Create, maintain, and execute functional and integration test cases. Validate acceptance criteria against delivered Salesforce components. Log, manage, and retest defects by severity level. Support sprint reviews, UAT readiness, and hypercare defect resolution. Collaborate with developers, BAs, and Scrum Masters for complete test coverage. Expertise Required Skills 3–5+ years in software testing with Salesforce applications. Experience testing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and LWC components. Strong understanding of acceptance criteria validation. Proficiency with Azure DevOps test management. Desired Skills Telecom domain testing experience. Exposure to OmniStudio/Vlocity testing. Preferred Education Bachelor’s degree in IT, QA, or related discipline.
