Job Description

The Portfolio Manager plays a critical role in managing, optimizing, and executing the company’s product and service portfolio strategy to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and market competitiveness. This role is responsible for overseeing lifecycle management, go-to-market (GTM) execution, monetization strategies, and performance optimization of products and services under their portfolio. The Portfolio Manager ensures that all offerings are commercially viable, customer-centric, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

  • Develop and execute a winning Device portfolio strategy
  • Build a best-in-class Device portfolio
  • Forge strong partnerships with Device vendors
  • Ensure profitability and sustainability of the Device portfolio
  • Champion a customer-centric approach to Portfolio Strategy and Lifecycle Management
  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of products and services, from development to launch, enhancement, and retirement
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Postpaid that aligns with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs
  • Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities and maintain competitive advantage
  • Define KPIs and track performance against targets
  • Maintain a portfolio roadmap for structured planning and execution
Monetization and Pricing Optimization
  • Implement pricing strategies, bundles, and revenue models to maximize CLV and profitability
  • Collaborate with Finance and Analytics teams to analyze revenue impact and pricing elasticity
  • Develop business cases and financial computations
  • Refine pricing structures based on market demand and customer feedback
Market Positioning & Intelligence
  • Understand Postpaid customer needs and behaviors
  • Use data analytics for customer insights and unmet needs
  • Translate insights into product development and marketing strategies
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback for continuous improvement
Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Develop dashboards tracking revenue, adoption, and engagement
  • Conduct portfolio reviews and post-launch evaluations
  • Identify underperforming products/services and propose improvements or retirements
  • Utilize AI-driven analytics for demand forecasting
Partnerships & Ecosystem Expansion
  • Manage strategic partners to enhance offerings
  • Negotiate co-marketing and partnership agreements
  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders
GTM Execution
  • Develop and implement GTM strategies for launches and expansions
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and digital teams
  • Define success metrics and monitor performance
  • Ensure effective communication and resource allocation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate between Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Experience teams
  • Align portfolio strategy with business operations and customer feedback
  • Drive process improvements for faster time-to-market
