Calimingo Pools is the leading pool builder in southern California and growing rapidly We are currently searching for an experienced IT Systems Manager. The IT Systems Manager will be responsible for the development, programming and integration of Pro DBX, Zapier, Trello and other related enterprise software systems.

The candidate will solve integration issues, create automations, update pricing and stock items, and develop workflows to improve Project Management and Sales timelines.

This role operates at both a strategic and technical level and requires close collaboration with the administrative staff including tactical program planning with sales and operations, as well as maintaining full system utilization and overall functionality.

Principal duties and responsibilities
  • Develop and manage CRM and associated enterprise management software for multiple projects and planned programs (with metrics and KPIs).
  • Maintain CRM pricing and stock items parameters for use in operational and technical cross-program initiatives, such as work orders that cross reference the project management board and the stock pricing, etc.
  • Perform core program management duties, including guiding the program through formal approvals and working directly with Zapier, Trello, Google Drive, QuickBooks, Bill.com, and Pro DBX consultants to create new automations and integrations such as milestones that trigger automated tasks across multiple departments as well as automated communications and calls to action with clients and vendors.
  • Develop an integrated plan that includes program deliverables, strategic alignment, improved efficiency, sustained milestones; reduce risks, assumptions, constraints and minimize overall program costs, creating efficiencies in the workflow across all departments pertaining to the enterprise management software system.
  • Monitor program execution to ensure that key milestones and profitability parameters are met and that programs are delivered effectively to achieve the overall goals; audit systems with department heads to ensure enterprise management software performs at full potential per departmental needs and goals.
  • Recommend, develop, and train teams on the enterprise software program including updates and improvements to meet the changing environment and targeted goals and requirements.
  • Understand and work toward accomplishing the business vision, goals and objectives of the program while analyzing technical and operational interdependencies and their impacts to the program.
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested.
