Job Descriptions: Workforce Management Process and track expense claim forms for accuracy and completeness. Support leave application and training request form submissions, ensuring they meet policy requirements. Provide assistance in scheduling mobilisation requirements and labour movements across various projects. Procurement and Inventory Management Raise purchase requisitions and blanket purchase orders in alignment with operational requirements. Perform goods receipting, ensuring timely and accurate records of received items. Payroll Administration Review and process weekly supervisor timesheet, logging data into a central system and communicating with Payroll. Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in operations coordination, administrative support, or project coordination. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational tasks such as payroll, procurement, and workforce coordination. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, with experience in SharePoint and Power BI preferred. Experienced in using corporate ERP systems and skilled in analysing volume data. Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively support Operations and Contract Management teams.
