Overview Customer Success Manager, New York - Contract at PAX. This is a 6 month contract with the possibility of converting to full-time. This is a field role and will be expected to be in the field approximately 80% of the time. Responsibilities Act as Lead Brand Ambassador, including accountability for all Customer Appreciation Days and engraver events for Retailers, Budtenders, Consumers and Industry Ensure all activations are scheduled and communicated to retailers, appropriately staffed, and executed with excellence Onboard, train, and oversee additional brand ambassadors Track and process brand ambassador work hours Onboard and train new accounts Ongoing training / engagement of budtenders Ensure all retailers obtain and utilize digital assets Support in-store merchandising setup Complete online and in-store audits and secret shop (photos, MSRP adherence, optimal online menu placement and product descriptions, product intel) Work with Sales Ops to generate and distribute regular insights reports to active accounts Work with retailer marketing contacts to identify and execute opportunities for PAX Track promotions and monitor performance efficacy Help onboard retailers onto partnership programs (e.g., Sparkplug, Weedmaps Brand Verification, etc.) Qualifications 2+ years of retail, or retail/field marketing experience Customer Success experience Cannabis experience is a plus Hybrid Field sales and Field Marketing experience Experience using Salesforce Requirements Must own a vehicle or have ready access to a vehicle, willing and able to drive across NY territory with flexibility and ever-changing schedule Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data and report information effectively upward and outward Extremely organized in project management Manages time efficiently, meets deadlines and promptly responds to client needs Compensation Pay range between $60-70k plus 10% bonus and mileage reimbursement. Final pay depends on factors including experience, level and location. Top of the range is rare and only for exceptional candidates.
