Job Overview As a 3D Artist, you will be responsible for designing, modeling, and animating high-quality 3D assets, as well as developing storyboards and contributing creative ideas across a variety of projects. You will collaborate closely with the 3D team and Creative Director to ensure the visual direction and technical execution align with the project's goals. Duties and Responsibilities Create and animate high-quality 3D assets—ranging from characters and environments to stylized textures—tailored to the specific needs and scale of each project. Comprehend creative briefs and contribute original concepts that align with project objectives. Create storyboards that effectively convey scene pacing, layout, and environmental design tailored to project specifications. Continuously research new 3D technologies and workflows, sharing and implementing improvements that strengthen the team's capabilities. Manage and maintain a clean asset pipeline, ensuring all 3D assets are consistently labeled, versioned, and archived for easy access. Collaborate closely with the 3D team and Creative Director, actively contributing creative ideas and solutions throughout the production process. Requires excellent time management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Monitor production for any technical or process-related issues and address them promptly to keep projects on track. Educational Background and Competencies Needed Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Animation or related field. At least 3 years of experience working as a 3D Artist Proficient in 3D softwares such as Blender, Maya and a strong emphasis on Cinema 4D. Proficient in using Adobe Creative Cloud tools—including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and InDesign—to assist in visual development for 3D projects. Strong understanding of all phases of 3D production, with a particular focus and expertise in 3D animation. A strong portfolio demonstrating previous 3D work is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
