TI (Philippines), Inc - Baguio is seeking an experienced Equipment Engineering Manager to join our team In this role, you will oversee the maintenance of production equipment. Which includes maintaining production equipment in a manner that meets company standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime. You will oversee technicians and engineers that repair and maintain the production and test equipment. As well as establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures. You will manage training programs to ensure proper operation, preventive maintenance, and repair programs and procedures. You will also maintain inventory and/or spare parts. Along with scheduling manufacturing activities. You will select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. In addition, you will generally supervise exempt and/or skilled non-exempt employees (e.g., Equipment Maintenance Engineer and Technicians). Preferred qualifications With experience on platforms in Die attach (ASM 8312 to Infinite/Shinkawa SPA) and Wirebond (Shinkawa UTC/KnS Elite to Powernexx/ASM Aero) Knowledgeable QFP, SOT, BGA packages Understands how to strategize by data analysis on OEU Problem solving drive to improve tool stability on systemic issues for MTBA increase Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions Ability to take the initiative and drive for results Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery #J-18808-Ljbffr
