Sales Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and support the growth of our business. This role will focus primarily on sales support including preparing quotations, handling customer inquiries, following up on leads, and coordinating sales activities. The remaining task will involve marketing support, such as helping with digital campaigns, social media updates, and lead generation. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our sales pipeline runs smoothly and that our marketing efforts translate into measurable results. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage sales quotations, and related documentation. Follow up with leads and clients to ensure timely closure of deals. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities. Conduct lead generation through online research, lead scraping, outreach, and CRM management. Support marketing campaigns, including email blasts, and social media updates. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in sales support, business development, and marketing campaigns. Experience with CRM tools, Husbspot is a plus Proficiency in lead scraping tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.) Highly organized with attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
