About the role We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to join our growing team at Elufa Multi-link Inc. in Imus City, Cavite. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the sales operations and ensuring the successful delivery of our retail and bulk products and services to our customers. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for career advancement within our dynamic organization. What you'll be doing Supervise and manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training and performance feedback to ensure exceptional customer service Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets Monitor daily sales activities, analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement Liaise with the marketing team to develop and execute successful promotional campaigns Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure efficient stock management (for retail) Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with the broader management team to contribute to the overall success of the business What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role, preferably within the products industry Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and cross-functional teams Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify trends and implement data-driven strategies Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment Degree in Business, Retail Management or a related field is preferred Minimum 3 years of retail sales or consumer products, bulk orders sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role Proficiency in MS Office Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience What we offer At Elufa Multi-link Inc., we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
