Schedule & Compensation Work Schedule: Mid Shift (1:30 PM – 11:00 PM) Work Setup: Hybrid, 3 days onsite weekly Compensation: Up to PHP 145,000 per month Open to candidates willing to relocate Employment Type Full-time, Individual Contributor Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Job Function & Industries Engineering and Information Technology – Chemical Manufacturing Must-Have Skills and Experience 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in Java and Spring Boot Professional development experience with ReactJS for UI implementation Strong capability in REST API design and integration Experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases Good understanding of DevOps practices (version control, automation, CI/CD concepts) Practical exposure across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design Experience with both SQL and NoSQL data storage models Ability to work independently with minimal supervision These requirements are essential for consideration. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with cloud platforms: AWS highly preferred; Azure or GCP acceptable Hands‑on exposure to Docker and Kubernetes for container‑based deployments Familiarity with monitoring tools, security practices, and performance optimization Experience in mentoring junior engineers or leading technical tasks Contribution to code quality standards and process improvements Responsibilities and Expectations Analyze technical requirements and translate them into functional solutions Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable backend and frontend components Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to root‑cause analysis Develop reusable libraries, frameworks, and automation solutions Ensure compliance with security, governance, and quality measures Stay updated with modern development practices and propose innovations Maintain clear and accurate documentation for applications and infrastructure Deliver assigned work on schedule while upholding high standards of execution Professional Qualities Excellent communication skills for technical discussions and documentation Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset Ability to adapt in fast‑paced, collaborative environments Committed to continuous learning and professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr
