Base Pay Range Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer Relevant Experience: 3 to 7 Years Work Location: BGC Shift: Mid shift Work Set-up: On-site Salary Range: Up to PHP 110,000 Headcount: 5 Kindly upload an updated CV Responsibilities / Expectations 3‑5 years of experience in Java Spring Boot, AWS. Hands‑on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST, MongoDB, DevOps technologies. Operate as an individual contributor, actively participating in the design, development, and deployment of application features and responsible to complete all the assigned work on time. Design, develop, test, and deploy Java‑based applications and services. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Ensure application performance, scalability, and security. Maintain documentation for code, processes, and configurations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 2‑4 years of professional experience in software development. Proven track record of leading software projects or mentoring junior developers. Experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC). Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
