  • Provides direct planning and supervision for engineering activities, which include electro-mechanical equipment operation and maintenance, and engineering project management;
  • Supports tenant’s utility requirements and the promotion and implementation of mall wide regulations and policies.
Educational and Experience Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering - Professional License holder in the related field is required.
  • Work experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and/or construction works in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
  • With working experience in line with managing business facilities (high rise building operational equipment)
