Key Responsibilities Support and drive the implementation of new customers and systems Work closely with operations to identify and implement IT solutions Contribute to digital transformation efforts and help develop new initiatives Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve business objectives Document and support the implementation of business processes Create technical documents, including business requirement documents and process maps Prepare functional business specifications for development Configure and set up systems Conduct functional unit testing for the development of Functional Business Requirements Develop reporting tools and key performance indicators (KPI) to provide visibility into business trends Test and implement new functions Provide training on systems and processes Provide hyper‑care during go‑live Responsible for daily IT operations & system support Manage and troubleshoot problems/incidents promptly following established procedures Support disaster recovery rehearsal, cycle count, warehouse migration and peak volume capacity Qualifications Ability to write and execute basic SQL statements Strong analytical skills Customer‑focused with effective communication skills Strong team player with a collaborative mindset Self‑motivated and eager to learn, with a positive “can‑do” attitude Ability to work independently as part of a team Willingness to travel Diversity & Inclusion Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
